We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date you receive your order. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days to request a return or replacement. 🛍️
✅ To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID / receipt)
❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- 🚫 Used or damaged products (caused by customer)
- 🚫 Personal care or hygiene items (once opened)
- 🚫 Items returned after the 7-day window
- 🚫 Products without original packaging or accessories
- 🚫 Items purchased on final sale or clearance
💰 Payment Method — Cash on Delivery (COD) Only
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only across Pakistan. 🇵🇰

⏳ Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
⚠️ Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it's dispatched — just contact us ASAP! Once shipped, cancellation won't be possible, but you can still use our 7-day return policy. 📞
🙅 Refusal to Receive Parcel
If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without a valid reason, future orders from that number/address may be blocked. Please order responsibly. 🙏
