📅 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date you receive your order. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days to request a return or replacement. 🛍️

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID / receipt)

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • 🚫 Used or damaged products (caused by customer)
  • 🚫 Personal care or hygiene items (once opened)
  • 🚫 Items returned after the 7-day window
  • 🚫 Products without original packaging or accessories
  • 🚫 Items purchased on final sale or clearance

💰 Payment Method — Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only across Pakistan. 🇵🇰

🎁 Free Shipping All Over Pakistan — Yes, you read that right! No delivery charges on any order.

⏱️ Delivery Time: Your parcel will reach your doorstep within 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation.

📦 You'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.


🔁 Replacement Process

Got a damaged, defective, or wrong product? Don't worry — we've got you covered! 💪

Here's how to request a replacement:

  1. 📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery or WhatsApp us
  2. 📸 Share clear photos/video of the product and your order details
  3. ✅ Once verified, we'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement
  4. 🚀 Your new product will be on its way within 2-3 working days

💸 Refund Policy

If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund via:

  • 💳 EasyPaisa / JazzCash transfer, OR
  • 🏦 Direct Bank Transfer

⏳ Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


⚠️ Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it's dispatched — just contact us ASAP! Once shipped, cancellation won't be possible, but you can still use our 7-day return policy. 📞


🙅 Refusal to Receive Parcel

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without a valid reason, future orders from that number/address may be blocked. Please order responsibly. 🙏
